Lindy Brewster is the founder and CEO of ORCidea LLC, and previously led ORConsulting Inc.—a pioneering consultancy of clinical psychologists and business experts working with organizations around the globe. Over the years, she has partnered with clients across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, educational technology, government, and nonprofits focused on education, the arts, and the environment.

 

Since 1997, Lindy has brought her expertise in individual coaching, organizational change, team development, and leadership programs to support leaders and teams through growth and transformation. Her signature approach—integrated consultancy—combines deep psychological insight with practical organizational strategy. She helps clients navigate both the personal and systemic dimensions of leadership and change.

 

Lindy trained as a clinical psychologist and later expanded her knowledge through postgraduate research in change and critical management studies. Her academic background also includes certifications in neuroscience, psychobiology and, most recently, a master’s degree in environmental psychology with a focus on health and wellbeing.

 

Her work has been published in Forbes through the Forbes Coaching Council, and she has contributed academic research on values, leadership, and psychological resilience in extreme environments—exploring how individuals and communities lead for sustainability in challenging conditions.
